Water, Utilities, and Roads
Each ranch estate comes with its own newly drilled domestic water well; these wells produce an average of over 50 gallons per minute of pure, great tasting water. A 50 gpm well is literally more than enough to serve a large family with an ambitious irrigation program, such as gardens, orchards, and pastures. And an owner can drill an additional well to supply a pond or as a dedicated source for a large irrigated pasture.
Underground electric service and high speed fiber optic communication cable are installed throughout the ranch, providing reliability and speed equal or better than what's available in conventional suburban communities. And with 300+ days of sunshine and a high water table, off-the-grid living (with back-up public company utilities) is realistic.
LV Ranch Estates roads were built to endure. They start with a compacted sub-base of native material. Then an 8" thick aggregate base course (commonly known as AB or ABC) from a county approved material source was placed over the 25+ miles of LV Ranch Estates roads. The roads were then double chip sealed for a smooth, paved, dust-free surface.
